Matching Donation Challenge in Honor of Songmi and Casey
A supporter who has been deeply moved by the work of Songmi Han and Casey Lartigue Jr. is offering a challenge:
If we raise $2,500 in donations, the donor will match it with another $2,500.
That’s $5,000 to support North Korean refugees as they learn English, share their stories, and rebuild their lives in freedom.
Over the years, Casey and Songmi have worked closely together—
* co-authoring Greenlight to Freedom, her memoir about escape, family, and self-discovery
* speaking at public events around the world, including the USA (Tennessee, NY City, Harvard University, India, Poland)
* now preparing to launch a YouTube channel.
This matching challenge is a recognition of the impact their partnership continues to make.
